Your privacy is really important to us, and we recognize that it’s a major concern that some people have with AgentGuardian. By using AgentGuardian, you are agreeing to the collection and use of your personal information as described here. If you have any concerns that aren’t covered here, please contact us. Below are the privacy guidelines under which AgentGuardian operates:
- The main thing that AgentGuardian collects is agent user work activity data including login and log out times, application usage, desktop screenshots, and keystrokes. We record this information solely for creating work summary reports for managers. This data is not shared with anyone aside from the manager the account is connected with. As an agent user, it’s your responsibility not to visit any websites, or engage in any activity that you are not willing to share with your manager. If you need to handle personal activities, change your AgentGuardian status to ‘On Break’. Absolutely no data is recorded by AgentGuardian while your status is ‘On Break’. Alternatively, you can log out of the system.
- As an agent user, you have access to view your time sheet information, but not your screenshot and keystrokes activity.
- We will never sell, rent, or share personal information of either manager or agent accounts with anyone, with or without personally identifying information.
- We won’t spam you, ever. We might occasionally send one-time messages about important AgentGuardian news.
